As most of you know we lost our much loved Poppy at the beginning of last month. She had been my fur-baby for 15 & 1/2 years & when she died I truly felt like I had lost part of me. For over two weeks I just wandered around, feeling very lost, couldn't sleep or eat & I had no enthusiasm for anything, including making minis. As it was my birthday at the end of the month my fiance & son thought they would try & cheer me up & hopefully give me back the part of me that was lost...
...so here are the latest additions to our family, appropriately named Ellie & Rosie. They are Bedlington X Lakeland terriers, sisters, & full of mischief!! Hence why not many minis are getting made at the mo, lol.
The few minis that I have managed to make (in the time when the girls are sleeping) are centred around one of my favourite times of the year. Halloween.

Ellie and Rosie are so cute! I can't imagine having 2 puppies.

Hi Victoria,
Lol, it's very manic in our house at the moment as you can imagine, but we are learning. I am insisting that it is 'patience & perseverence' at all times :o). I'm just looking forward to the day when I can go back into my workroom undisturbed, lol.

Kerry, I can only imagine what its like to lose your beloved Doggie. I was in tears just when Bella had to go to the vets with a bee sting, I was so worried, so it must be terrible. But so pleased you have 2 little bundles to make you happy again! Your halloween goodies are fab as always, especially love Mr Pumpkin!! Kate xxx
I loved the minis on Halloween!
Hugs
Thank you so much Eliana. Hugs, Kerry.x.
Hi Kate, we do get attached to the fur-babies don't we? I really cannot describe how it has made me feel & I know that she will never be replaced, but Ellie & Rosie are keeping me so busy that they have helped to take my mind off it.
I have so many ideas for Halloween minis this year, but don't know if I will get the time to make them, I really must get myself into a more organised routine :o).
Hugs, Kerry.x.
Kerry - love the miniatures ... both cakes and pups x
Hi Jackie, thank you. It's a lot easier to make miniatures than it is to train 2 pups, lol.x.
